VRVRTub Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of the VRTub app ("VRTub", "the app"), developed by Lib5 ("we", "us"). By using VRTub you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The app
VRTub is a video player. It plays videos from sources you connect to it — such as your network shares, local files and, optionally, your YouTube account. VRTub does not host, provide or distribute any video content.
2. Your content and responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you access and play with VRTub, and for making sure you have the right to access and view it. You must comply with the laws that apply to you and with the terms of any service you connect to the app.
3. YouTube content
VRTub uses YouTube API Services. YouTube content is provided by YouTube and remains subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, which you agree to by using the YouTube features of VRTub. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. VRTub is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or YouTube.
4. Third-party services
Services such as YouTube, or your own NAS are operated by third parties or by you. Their availability, content and terms are outside our control, and we are not responsible for them.
5. Privacy
How VRTub handles information is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer
VRTub is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every source or video format.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lib5 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use VRTub.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
